The Parent School Association (PSA)

The school’s PSA is a charity that has been set up to support the school, which it does in a number of different ways.

Most importantly, the PSA is there to support parents to feel included and involved in the life of the school.

It organises a fantastic calendar of events which build community and are great fund to attend. It is not a surprise that past pupils and parents return to school year after year for our community events.

Every parent and staff member is automatically a member of the PSA, which meets every Friday morning in the school’s Family Centre. Please do come along and join us.

Please read on to find out more about our excellent PSA events, how money raised has been spent and how you can get involved.

PSA Events include…

The Laser Show

The Laser Show marks the change of seasons as we move into autumn. It’s part bonfire night with toffee apples and hot dogs and part rave, with a great DJ set and speculate light show. What’s not to love?

The Winter Fair

The Winter Fair marks the start of the festive season. It brings the community together for a fun-filled afternoon with children’s crafts, numerous stalls, great food, mulled wine and a Nordic grotto, rumoured to be the favourite of the real Father Christmas.

One World Evening

One World Evening is the school’s annual cultural event, celebrating the diversity within the school community. Expect great music, a children's disco, performances from both children and parents and a bring-a-dish feast with everything from Lomo Saltado to Chakalaka.

The Summer Fair

The summer fair really is a highlight of the school year for our school families, prospective parents and alumni. Held in the school’s beautiful outside spaces, the festival vibe offers music, conversation, a legendary barbecue and plenty for the children to do.

The PSA also plays a significant role in raising funds that support the school.

Every penny raised by the PSA helps to enrich children’s experience of school, be it whole class music tuition, creative arts weeks with artist and musician Kate Stilitz, science equipment, library books or a new climbing frame.
